We are hiring a Director of Sales to join our growing sales department because we have more opportunity than we can manage! We’re opening up and building a market for A/R integration into
enterprise training and support. The ideal person will understand our target prospect’s needs and value proposition, and bring a proven ability to cultivate and sell into these key accounts. You are a team player who interfaces with Customer Success and Executive Leadership. You will bring technology sales expertise to the team, and be the key driver for revenue growth in this boundless business. As we grow, we evolve. Come join us!

What you will do:

  • Help us build out our sales playbook, sales goals and forecasts to create and meet the demand for AR
  • Identify sales opportunities in the enterprise training space; grow and develop those key relationships from initial interest to and through the closing process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
  • Be a closer - develop a thorough understanding of our potential client’s use case and close deals by effectively understanding and communicating BUNDLAR’s value proposition
  • Work with the marketing and implementation teams on deal flow
  • Manage HubSpot Sales CRM data and reporting
  • Employ a variety of new and tested tactics, including conferences and tradeshows, that raise awareness of our product in appropriate markets

What you bring to the position:

  • 7 years of consultative and enterprise sales experience
  • 3-5 years of selling cutting-edge technology products in the enterprise training or analogous space
  • Demonstrated understanding of AR/EdgeTech market services/products
  • Demonstrated experience leading revenue growth in a startup
  • Expert level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; experience making executive/board level presentations
  • Ability to analyze data to find trends and solve problems
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, Confluence, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Standard is preferred
  • Experience or desire to build a sales team and mentor them to success
  • Experience or desire to grow into a sales leadership position
