Gareth Davies, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at BUNDLAR, is an experienced Software Developer with a 23-year history working in software development and distribution alongside companies such as, Microsoft, Bioware, Comcast NBC, Bank of America, Redbox. Over the course of his career, he has consistently fostered an environment of inclusion and acceptance, as recognized with this award.

Gareth was awarded The Inclusion Lab's Inclusive Leadership Award. Recipients of this award must demonstrate fairness, empathy, and integrity through inclusive leadership practices that embrace the differences of team members while boosting innovation and impacting bottom-line success. There is no question Gareth embodies these qualities and fosters a culture of inclusion at BUNDLAR as well.

They also have a high comfort level with ambiguity. They keep the communication process open and are willing to adjust to new points of view.   • Demonstrate fairness, empathy, and integrity through inclusive leadership practices that embraces the differences of team members while boosting innovation and impacting bottom-line success.
  • Empower those around them by promoting achievement and continuous advancement for his/her organization.
