Although our new ‘normal’ has presented special challenges, BUNDLAR’s interns have fully embraced our brave new Zoom world. From every corner of the country, and even down in Barbados, our spring class is our largest intern group to date with nearly 20 interns looking for new opportunities when their school and internship plans unexpectedly changed. BUNDLAR is lucky enough to have strong relationships with a handful of world class universities and our email box quickly filled up with colleges trying to help place their students in unique opportunities to continue their education.
We aren’t working out of our typical space at 1871, rated the #1 Private Business Incubator in the World according by UBI Global, in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, but we have found new ways to stay connected utilizing tools like GroupMe, Slack, Google Hangouts, and Zoom.
This wasn’t how we envisioned our spring internship program starting even a couple weeks ago, but our interns have still been able to collaborate on important projects and build meaningful relationships with each other. BUNDLAR tries not to silo the intern experience in order to expose them to many facets of an augmented reality (AR) platform startup. From sales and marketing, to testing the platform, and everything in between, the BUNDLAR intern team will have a direct impact on our final product and who we sell it to.
BUNDLAR is excited to have such a wonderful group and we can’t wait to see them grow into their roles. Welcome BUNDLAR interns: Nina, Abhi, Kennelly, Jay, Will, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Sean, Maddie, Max, Quinn, Ted, Jackson, and Emily!
